This was by far my least productive week of development, in part due to the fact that I was preparing to travel to visit family over December and spending a lot of time with my housemates. However despite this I continued to slowly but surely work on the narrative.

At this point I had Character sheets for relevant characters, with backstories, motivations and personalities. The world these characters inhabit is one I had already been working on in my own time for some while, and doesn’t explicitly feature in the game itself, so I only needed to spend a bit of time fleshing it out with relevant details and events.

What was taking more time, was writing the ‘collective backstory’ so to speak of the featured characters; how they came to meet each other, the events that lead up to the events of the game, etc.

One additional fix I added to the Game was editing the collision parameters on the Doors’ room check so that it doesn’t collide with the camera as its opening, so that the player doesn’t experience a brief zoom in of the camera as they are walking through if the door still isn't destroyed.
