(University Year 2 Term 2 Group AAA Development Project- 2024)

Role: Narrative Designer

Between 17/01/2024 - 22/04/2024, I worked as a Narrative Designer on 'Circuit Breaker'; a University Group Project of 23 people meant to simulate working in a AAA environment. (University Year 2 Term 1 Individual Indie Design Project- 2023)

Role: (Solo Project)

Between 21/09/2023 - 10/12/2023, I solo-deved a project over 12 Weeks for an individual University assignment in Unreal Engine 5. Slip and Slime is a 2D platformer with an emphasis on slipperiness and high-velocity. I had a lot of fun learning Unreal Engine and creating art assets for this project- it cemented my preference to primarily focus on Unreal Engine over Unity for future Projects.

(Global Game Jam 48 hour Game Jam- 2023)
Role: Game Designer / Level Designer

Between 03/02/2023-05/02/2023, I was involved in the Global Game Jam, as a Game / Level Designer for 'Osmosis':
Control a crowd of water droplets simultaneously, as they try to climb up through the roots to the top of the tree.
Osmosis was the first Game Jam Game I took part in- and although stressful due to the 48 hour time limit, I had a great time. It was this project that gave me the wakeup call I needed to realise I needed to become far more acquainted with programming and implementation in a Game Engine, as well as other development skills (Art, Audio) to act as an effective Designer
